Tax Supervisor

Job Title: Tax Manager / Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

Lead/supervise the preparation of monthly tax reconciliations (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2))

Responsible for reviewing and calculating the tax consequences of all payment requests

Reconcile VAT invoices to transactions recorded in systems

Monitoring company tax reports (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2), and PPh Badan) before submitted

Handle all tax inquiries from tax audits/objections/appeals with external tax consultants and tax authorities (including SP2DK and other tax disputes)

Monitor changes in tax regulations, assess the impact on the business, communicate the changes to the relevant departments

Qualifications

S1 of taxation or accounting background

At least 5 years of experience in Tax

Has Brevet A & B certificate

Proficient in Indonesian tax reporting systems (DJP online & Coretax)

Experienced in handling SP2DK or tax audit is highly preferred

Has taxation knowledge in trading industry and export-import transactions is a plus

Familiar with ERP systems e.g. Netsuite, SAP, etc.

Attention to detail and good communication skill

Detail-oriented, able to meet deadline and manage multiple tasks efficiently
