We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management System Staff to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

Developing, implementing, and continuously improving our quality management systems to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Analysing quality data and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality‑related problems.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support the quality management system.

Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and regulations to ensure our quality practices remain relevant and effective.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the footwear sector.

Strong understanding of quality management principles, such as ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.

Proficiency in data analysis and problem‑solving to identify and address quality issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.

A proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset to continuously improve our quality management systems.
