ACCOUNTANT

About the role We are seeking a talented Accountant to join our team at PT SC Johnson And Son Indonesia. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial management and strategic decision-making processes within our company. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya office.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Assisting in the development and implementation of budgets and financial plans

Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data

Participating in internal audits and responding to external audit inquiries

Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

2-4 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within a management accounting or budgeting environment

Proficiency in financial analysis, data management, and report generation

Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
