Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with principals and distributors.
Identify solutions and opportunities for clients.
Follow up with clients until securing a Purchase Order (PO).
Exhibit strong negotiation skills.
Present i3 solutions effectively, including understanding and communicating the company's products and solutions.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1) with a GPA of at least 3.00
2–3 years’ experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with customers, principles, and distributors.
Proven experience in handling Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts such as banking, insurance, financing institutions, and other financial-related sectors.
Proven experience in handling enterprise accounts (government, telco, BUMN, manufacturing, healthcare)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
