We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded
HR Business Partner (HRBP) . This role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

As HRBP, you will bridge business and HR, ensuring workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives are closely aligned with company goals. You will help leaders make informed people decisions while building a high-performance and compliant workplace culture.
What You’ll Own
Partner closely with business leaders to understand team goals, challenges, and growth plans
Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives and workforce plans
Drive performance management processes and support leadership in building strong, accountable teams
Advise managers on employee relations matters, engagement, retention, and development
Support compensation reviews, talent calibration, and succession planning discussions
Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with local regulations and company standards
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, C&B, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR support
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness
Strong administrative capability, including handling basic HR processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably within fintech, Web3, or crypto exchange environments
Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people needs and business priorities
Experience in crypto exchange, fintech, or Web3 industry is a strong advantage
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to support cross-border collaboration with regional and global stakeholders
