Job Description
Review and observe SOPs and work processes across departments in accordance with the established project charter.
Develop SOPs and work processes and coordinate with the relevant Head of Department.
Escalate recommendations for work process improvements based on audit reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Process Improvement or SOP Analyst.
Experience in a shipping company is preferred.
Proficient in MS Visio.
Willing to travel for business trips.
