Purchasing Officer

Key Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely execution. ⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules. ⁠ ⁠⁠Monitor stock levels and reorder based on sales trends and forecasts. ⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, invoices, and product documentation. ⁠ ⁠Support product master data accuracy (SKU, pricing, stock updates).

Requirements ⁠ ⁠Minimum Bachelor Degree any major. ⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Buying (preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry. ⁠ ⁠Good understanding in English, speaking and writing. ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ⁠ ⁠⁠Good negotiation and communication skills. ⁠ ⁠⁠Passionate about watches products.
