Job Descriptions

Perform search & reference process of Direct Labor data bank

Perform selection to fulfill new Direct Labor requests and GS (in coordination with Service Operation Head).

Record every reward and punishment of Direct Labor

Reporting the performance of the Direct Workforce to the Service Operation Head

Conduct visits (inspections) to Direct Workers in implementing SMART Driver standards

Mentoring the Direct Workforce

Pooling or collecting Direct Labor contracts at locations and customers

Reporting every VOC to Service Operation Head

Conduct customer visits and calls

Monitoring Direct Labor data due for Refreshment Training and reporting to DMS Coordinator

Reporting and assisting the handling of Direct Labor accidents on site (if possible)

Monitoring the registration and deactivation of basic benefits of Direct Workers (BPJS Kesehatan & Jamsostek)

Job Qualifications

Minimal Associate Degree of All Major

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Max age 35 years old

Willing to be placed in all DMS representative offices

Willing to participate during the program
