Qualifications
Having experience minimum 2 years in related field
Understand administration skill
Good Communication Skill, English and Bahasa Indonesia
Can coordinate with Finance Team & Operation
Attention to details, high level accuracy and self-starter
Capable to work in high pressure and ready to work overtime if needed
Placement in Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and maintain all sales and marketing documents such as quotations, contracts, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and reports.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of tender and contract documents in accordance with oil and gas industry standards (e.g., SKK Migas, Pertamina, or other vendor requirements).
Maintain and update the database for clients, projects, and active contracts.
Manage company certification and legal documents (SIUP, NPWP, SKT Migas, ISO, Deed of Establishment, etc.) required for tender participation or vendor registration.
