Responsibilities
Plan, oversee, and ensure the smooth operation of all kitchen activities.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
Monitor inventory, manage costs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and kitchen management software
Able to join immediately
