At Sparks Sports Academy, we specialize in creating vibrant sports and activity centers designed to captivate children beyond the confines of schooling. We're looking for Student Advisor to promote our programs that encompass Gymnastics, Ballet, Futsal, Basketball, Dance, Taekwondo, Phonics and many more, ensuring all the kids need will be fulfilled by participating in our program!

Placement: Tangerang Kota | BSD | Harapan Indah Bekasi | Kelapa Gading | Sunter | Taman Palem | Kemang Ampera | Cibubur

Responsibilities:

Conduct sales consultations with existing members, consult their children development, and develop tailored study plans.

Pitch and promote suitable programs, employing effective upselling techniques.

Maintain and manage a sales management and student database, and generate accountable sales reports.

Meet monthly sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and facilitate parent-related events.

Resolve parent inquiries and concerns promptly, ensure timely communication on study-related updates, and support course resales and student reactivation.

Requirements:

Service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Proven sales ability with experience in B2C sales or direct selling (minimum 1 year).

Strong interpersonal and promotional skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Results-driven with willingness to work shifts and weekends (days off on weekdays).

Sales or education industry experience is advantageous.
