Finance & Accounting Officer

to support our expansion and keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Handle daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and data entry.

Manage AP/AR, invoices, and payment processing.

Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing weekly/monthly financial reports.

Maintain tax filings and reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control processes.

Coordinate with internal teams for expense tracking and financial documentation.

Assist in preparing compliance documents and working with external accountants or auditors (if needed).

Help optimize financial systems, tools, and workflows as the business scales.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Prior experience in similar roles at FMCG or F&B sector would be preferred.

Ownership mentality — you love building things from scratch, taking responsibility, and making systems better.

Strong grasp of Indonesian accounting and tax standards.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you love clean sheets (Excel sheets!).

Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial software.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

A proactive problem‑solver who can improve processes, not just follow them.

Passion for wellness, consumer products, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
