Application Specialist (Surgical Equipment) Jakarta, ID

PT InoDia is a new rapidly growing company that specializes in selling innovative and high-tech medical equipment from US and Western European suppliers. The company plans to expand aggressively in providing innovative medical solution for the medical needs in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

To develop product training and implementation plan-pre-install, go live technical support and follow up training.

To respond customer’s enquiries and provide technical support and feedback on any problem encounter by users.

To review processes, identify and resolve service gap through constructive feedback and implement process improvement where appropriate.

To plan, organize and conduct product’s courses, seminars, workshops and events to customer when necessary.

To be responsible for promotions and detailing activities to healthcare professional.

To assist in developing and planning of sales and marketing related activities.

To maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of the user’s application needs.

To prepare weekly and monthly application support activities reports.

Position Requirements

Bachelor, Master or PhD Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related studies.

Study or working experience related to molecular biology research/molecular diagnostics will be preferred.

Have experience with PCR, Elisa, FEIA, and fully automated instruments.

At least 2 to 5 years of experience in applications or technical support for Biotechnology or Diagnostic products.

Knowledge of Molecular Biology topics.

Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), RT-PCR, PCR, DNA or RNA.

Able to work independently and a good team player.

Good communication skills in BAHASA and English.

Able to travel local and overseas.
