HR Manager - Restaurant (C-125906)

Our client is a Japanese Restaurant company. Currently, they are looking for

HR Manager .

Job Responsibilities

Build salary tables and career development frameworks (based on tools from the parent company)

Implement management flows and role assignments with optimization (such as SOPs)

Manage and monitor the company’s health and safety committee

Manage employee regulations, internal rules, and employment contracts

Handle salary calculations, bonuses, various allowances, benefits, and perform comprehensive payroll data management

Collaborate with GA Manager

Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from any major

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR as Manager/Assistant Manager level

Conversational level of English

Able to handle and operate Talenta and OSS

Stable career
