General Manager

About the role As the General Manager at PT Klinik Lina Yanti, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the clinic. In this full‑time position based in Sawah Besar, Jakarta Raya, you will play a pivotal role in driving the clinic's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to achieve the clinic's goals and objectives

Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive growth with monthly target

Controlling & Managing all day‑to‑day operations and ensuring the efficient management of resources

Building and leading a high‑performing team, providing guidance, mentorship and support

Fostering a positive, collaborative and patient‑centric work culture

Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures

Representing the clinic in external stakeholder meetings and events

Building solid teamwork

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the healthcare industry

Strong business channel, connection, identify new opportunities, and able to build a real healthcare business

Excellent operational management skills with the ability to optimise processes and drive efficiency

Strong financial acumen and the ability to make data‑driven decisions

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating high‑performing teams

Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector

Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and continuously improving the patient experience
