In Finance, you’ll shape Blibli Private Label’s financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and long‑term value creation. As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will oversee all financial management activities for Blibli Private Label, including accounting, cash management, treasury, tax, cost control, and budgeting. You’ll ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Blibli Group’s strategic direction. This role requires a leader who can balance operational precision with strategic foresight — empowering the team to deliver insights that drive growth and sustainable performance. What We’ll Work on Together

Approve and execute routine payment transactions (domestic and overseas), including journal process and e‑banking authorizations. Review monthly financial statements to ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy. Lead monthly closing and distribution of financial reports to relevant stakeholders. Prepare and reconcile tax reports and payments in line with regulations. Oversee corporate budgeting processes and provide variance analysis between budget and actual performance. Develop financial projections and insights to support management decisions. Manage relationships with banks and external partners for smooth financial operations. Ensure policies and procedures are implemented to safeguard company assets and operations. Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and tax purposes. Coach and develop the finance team to strengthen capability and accountability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting) is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in distribution or manufacturing industries. Proven leadership experience with ability to manage cross‑functional teams effectively. Proficient in financial software and accounting systems. Strong understanding of tax regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
