About the Role As a

Digital Sales VA

(E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist), you are the revenue hero. You turn near‑misses into massive wins for partner brands by capturing lost revenue and upselling the customer journey through personalized outreach via email, SMS, and live chat.

Requirements

1+ Year of Remote/Online Sales Experience.

1+ Year of Customer Support Experience.

Conversion Mindset and elite communication skills.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement software.

Self‑Motivated: Goal‑oriented and able to thrive in fast‑paced remote environment.

Technical Requirements

Personal PC or laptop with i5 processor or higher.
