Sales Manager

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in distribution.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams.

In‑depth understanding of sales strategies, market potential analysis, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Ensure the achievement of targeted revenue and profit.

Develop actionable plans to drive sales growth.

Ensure the execution of development strategies in line with the established Business Plan.

Manage operational activities within the unit, including network/channel development and demand development, based on the action plan.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key distributors.

Regularly analyze and report sales performance to Management, and recommend solutions for identified challenges.

Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

Continuously analyze work processes and recommend sustainable improvements (continuous improvement).

Manage the unit’s budget and ensure efficient and effective utilization in line with cost‑efficiency principles.
