Corporate Finance Manager - Group

Corporate Finance Manager plays a strategic role in shaping the financial direction of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk by overseeing capital strategy, investment decisions, financial modelling, and corporate transactions. This position requires a strong blend of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and leadership competencies to support the company’s growth and long‑term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and execute financing initiatives including equity, debt, project finance, and structured financing.

Build and review advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and business expansion.

Provide deep financial insights to support decision‑making at executive and board levels.

Facilitate the strategic planning cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Oversee cash flow planning, liquidity strategy, and working capital optimization.

Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with loan covenants.

Prepare corporate finance reports, strategy papers, board materials, and investor‑related documents.

Support Investor Relations in communicating the company’s financial strategy and performance.

Support the development and execution of corporate strategy, annual strategic planning cycles, and multi‑year growth plans.

Work closely with Ancora Group to translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

More than 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial advisory, management consulting, or similar fields.

Advanced Excel skills:

Complex financial modeling (DCF, LBO, sensitivity analysis, project finance models, etc.)

Advanced formulas, functions, and automation for financial analysis

Scenario & sensitivity modeling

PowerPoint (Financial Presentation) expertise:

Building clean, professional, and executive‑level financial decks

Communicating financial insights using charts, layouts, and storytelling

Preparing board‑ready investment memos and corporate finance presentations

Valuation expertise:

Equity valuation

Project and asset valuationComparable company and transaction analysis
