Overview Assist in designing, implementing, and supervising the fabrication process within the organization, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Sign-on bonuses: $10k over 2 years for RN’s with a minimum of three years experience; $3k over 2 years for RN’s with more than 1 year and less than three years experience.

Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Unit Director, Clinical Manager, and Charge Nurse, independently provides holistic, individualized care using the nursing process for patients routinely seen on the unit.

Demonstrates advanced clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and commitment to improving patient care quality.

Independently performs general and unit‑specific clinical skills.

Assesses, treats, or cares for patients across age groups, interpreting information in terms of the patient’s needs.

Applies knowledge of growth and development and understands the range of treatments needed for all patient groups.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse licensure in the state of California, current and maintained.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, either current or obtained within orientation.

Ability to work normal/scheduled hours, including holidays, callbacks, weeknights, weekends, and on‑call in the Director’s absence.

Willingness to participate in emergencies and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours.

Affirmative duty to report perceived misconduct, including violations of laws, regulations, policies, procedures, or the organization’s standards/code of conduct.
