Job Summary Account Management/Key Accounts work focuses on medium to long‑term planning and face‑to‑face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients. Responsibilities include developing medium to long‑range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers; identifying and managing interactions to uncover cross, upsell and repeat sales opportunities; resolving problems ensuring high‑quality customer service; developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for profitable business with assigned accounts; reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends. Incumbents may sell directly or indirectly through channel partners and are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.

Job Description The Postpaid Operations role is responsible for supporting operational processes and data management to drive postpaid sales performance and revenue optimization within the assigned region. This includes developing, analysing, and reporting postpaid sales performance metrics, supporting sales execution, and optimising revenue streams through strategic insights. The incumbent works closely with sales teams to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate postpaid solutions, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Postpaid Sales Support & Execution: Support direct sales execution and operational processes for postpaid sales within the assigned region, ensuring efficient and optimised operations.

Revenue Optimization & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximise postpaid revenue and profitability, increasing revenue and profitability in the region.

Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report postpaid sales performance, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring accurate and data‑driven tracking.

Data Analytics & Sales Forecasting: Utilize data analytics to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and refine strategies, driving data‑driven decision‑making for optimised operations.

Budget & Cost Control for Postpaid Operations: Manage budget allocations effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and high return on investment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.

At least 2‑3 years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or revenue optimisation, preferably within telecommunications and data‑driven roles supporting postpaid sales or revenue management.

Proven track record in postpaid sales growth, customer retention management, and revenue optimisation strategies.

Experience in executing sales campaigns, brand positioning, and driving cross‑functional collaboration in a telecommunications environment.

Strong background in sales performance tracking, postpaid revenue analysis, and operational sales support, including forecasting, budget control, and customer insights reporting.

Expertise in customer experience enhancement, churn reduction, and market expansion for postpaid services.

Proficiency in data analytics, forecasting, and financial modelling to optimise sales strategies.

Ability to streamline operational workflows and ensure compliance with sales policies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, finance).
