Job Description

Take instructions from legal counsel

Support legal counsel in meetings with Business Units and contract negotiations with external parties

Assist to review contracts

Assist to prepare contracts and other templates / forms

Assist to prepare corporate secretarial documents

Compile a Group trademark register

Legal research and drafting of research memos

Assist in any other ad-hoc legal and corporate secretarial matters that may be required from time to time.

Requirements Legal Student pursuing legal degree or have past experience
