Verify, code, and process supplier invoices accurately, Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and delivery receipts (3-way matching). Payment Processing. Prepare and execute payments and ensure payments comply with company policies and deadlines. Vendor Management. Respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile statements and maintain positive relationships with vendors. Expense Reimbursements. Process employee expense claims in line with company policies. Recordkeeping & Reporting. Maintain accurate AP ledgers and aging reports and assist in month-end closing and audit preparations.

 Requirements & Qualifications  Bachelors degree in Accounting Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations (experience in logistics, shipping, maritime, or large corporate environments is a strong advantage) Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment cycles, and reconciliation processes Experience using ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms preferred) Basic understanding of tax regulations related to vendor payments (VAT/Withholding Tax) High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance discipline Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors
