Community Specialist (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities Manage and build active engagement within Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord communities. Moderate group discussions to ensure a positive environment and remove spam/toxic content Propose and execute creative ideas for community events, contests, and lucky draws Track community sentiment and provide daily feedback/reports on player needs. Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on the latest iGaming community trends

Performance Measures Engagement Rate:

Maintain a daily active conversation within the community groups. Response Time:

Ensure all member inquiries are addressed within a specific timeframe during shift hours. Event Execution:

Successfully run at least 2 community events or contests per month.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Preferably has experience in the

iGaming industry

or related fields like Gaming/Fintech. Proven experience in managing online communities (must provide links or examples of previous work). Background in Communications, Marketing, or Multimedia is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills Expert in managing at least one of these platforms: Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp. Character: cool headed, assertive, and skilled in handling difficult situations. Shift: Must be committed to the fixed working hours: Shift 1: 12PM – 10PM Shift 2: 3PM – 1AM
