Responsibilities

Actively promote the full range of GEA separation technology products in Dairy, Beverages, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Build and maintain long‑term business relationships with new and existing customers at all levels through appropriate sales approaches and strategies to ensure continuous business growth.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations about GEA products and services to prospects and customers regularly.

Provide best industrial solutions to customers based on their needs.

Prepare sales proposals and contracts; engage in commercial negotiations with customers, together with sales and legal teams.

Achieve sales targets set by management.

Proactively collect and analyze market intelligence data in the assigned market/application to continually build pipelines of new projects.

Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other related divisions or departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.

Continuously update sales activities, sales calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM.

Participate in tradeshows, exhibitions, and other marketing events within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.

At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment/machinery in Food & Beverage and chemical/pharma markets.

Hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well in a team setting.

Good consultative sales and analytical skills.

Independent, reliable, and proactive personality.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of the industry and GEA products/services.

Extensive network within the industry.

Proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM.

Willing to travel.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
