Job Description

Bridge the communication between Sales and Support Team.

Ensure smooth processing of customers’ requirements.

Provide full reports on all projects’ progress.

Create cloud topology, architect solutions, and handle assessments to be converted into projects.

Lead kick‑off meetings and track ongoing client‑related projects up to completion and documentation.

Learn new technologies related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment.

Requirements

Years of proven responsibilities as a Project Administrator engaged in the Information Technology (IT) sector.

Excellent understanding of hardware, software development, and web technologies.

Strong experience in IT assessment, IT topology drafting, and solution formulation.

Strong experience in operating Linux and Microsoft Operating Systems.

Strong experience in deploying and managing GCP, AWS, and AliCloud.

Strong experience in operating hypervisors (HyperV, VMware, Proxmox, XenServer, Linux KVM, VirtualBox).

Strong experience in hosting area (platform management, domain, and migration).

Strong experience in data center area (technical support, remote hand, monitoring).

Willing to be placed in Jakarta (hybrid working environment).
