Title : Analyst – Banking Operations Staff (Contract Staff) Job Description: The banking operations staff for Domestic Remittance Department is responsible for daily operational activities of MUFG Bank Jakarta Branch and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing risk, and maximizing quality of service. Requirements: Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00) or having internship or relevant working experience in Banking would be preferable Preferable education background: Accounting, Economy Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formula for reporting and data entry Have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent in English, both written and verbal Strong ability to collaborate and work-well with cross-functional teams Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Responsibility: Perform daily operation including BI-SKN, BI-FAST, RTGS, and other domestic remittance transactions, and various administrative tasks in accordance with internal procedures as well as regulators. Prepare and submit regular report to Internal and External parties accurately and timely manner. Deliver extraordinary service to internal and external customers to meet customer's expectations. Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations. Work in partnership with various departments for daily operations.
