PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary Plan, coordinate, and control the production process to ensure the output is produced at the right cost, in the right quantities, at the right time.

Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Key Responsibilities Open to challenge, work well under pressure, exhibit excellent analytical thinking, and communicate effectively with various levels of staff.

Experience in ISO9001, Lean manufacturing, and 6‑Sigma is preferable.

Supervise assembly processes with over 500 manpower.

Must be familiar with ISO series, Lean Manufacturing, and 6‑Sigma.

Qualifications Experience in electronic home appliance manufacturing is preferable.

Bachelor's degree in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related disciplines.

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Production Supervisor.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Reside in the BATAM region (more preferred).

Required languages: Bahasa; English and Mandarin is a plus.
