Live Coordinator

Plan and curate products, collections and promotions on livestream to optimize attraction and sales.

Ensure live shopping runs well, including making live schedules, host schedules, and other live operations.

Help analyze traffic, sales metrics, and livestream customer behavior to be able to make data-based decisions and improvements.

Help plan and run sales promo and strategy on livestream to increase sales.

Prepare regular reports regarding livestream sales including strategies and improvement suggestions.

Help handle other e-commerce operations and strategies according to the needs and direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related fields.

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably from fashion industry.

Strong understanding of live shopping operations, analytics, and strategy.

Sales oriented with excellent communication and able to solve problems quickly.

Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
