Buyer is responsible to execute branch buying activities by ensuring product availability, effective supplier coordination, and accurate promotion execution in line with agreed commercial terms and company standards, while developing strong operational judgment and market understanding to support current operations and future business expansion.

Requirements Bachelor Degree (any major), minimum 1 years’ experience in buying, retail operations, or supply chain. Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations is an advantage Understanding of buying execution and supply flow Ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities Exposure to supplier coordination and basic negotiation processes Good understanding of store operations and local market dynamics Demonstrates sound judgment in handling operational issues with minimal supervision Shows learning agility and adaptability in new or unfamiliar environments Comfortable working with incomplete information and escalating risks appropriately Willingness to be developed for broader area coverage or more independent assignments over time Placement: Branch Office - Palembang
