Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation. Check and Review payment voucher. Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies. Prepare listing and working papers. Recommend and implement best practices for financial reporting. Follow Up & Solved issue on operation related financial impact with other departments. Work closely with other departments to gather financial data.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Experience working with ERP systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Willing to WFO (Blugreen Integrated Office, Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
