Regulatory Intern

Job Description Research and stay up-to-date with national (BPOM), and international regulations governing cosmetics. Assist the Regulatory Team to ensure that all cosmetic products meet the regulatory requirements in terms of ingredients, labeling, safety, and manufacturing practices. Assist the Regulatory Team to prepare and submit product registrations and notifications to regulatory authorities, where required. Maintain accurate and organized records of all regulatory documentation, including safety assessments, product formulations, and labeling information. Work with the quality control and quality assurance teams to ensure that manufacturing processes and finished products meet regulatory and quality standards. Review product labels and marketing materials to ensure they adhere to regulatory guidelines, including ingredient listings and claims substantiation.

Requirements Last year student or fresh graduate from any majors Familiar with marketing & trend research, able to collect and processing necessary data. Have great interest in beauty products & beauty industry in general; update with the latest beauty & skincare trends. Social media savvy and have great interest in beauty on digital platform. Able to work as a team member as well as individual basis. Having a strong analytical thinking and a good communication skill and fluent in English, both written and spoken
