Role Description The

Construction Manager

will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure full compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and project requirements. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to drive efficient execution across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced project environment.

Job Description Plan, organize, and supervise daily on-site construction activities. Ensure all works are executed according to project drawings, specifications, and schedules. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, technicians, and workers. Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Review and validate material requirements, work methods, and installation quality. Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks, delays, or issues that may impact progress Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and QA/QC teams to resolve technical or operational matters. Oversee site logistics, labor allocation, and resource planning to optimize productivity. Ensure timely completion of milestones, handovers, and commissioning activities. Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction supervision or project execution. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site management, and project sequencing. Experience in building, infrastructure, MEP, or data center projects is an advantage. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead multidisciplinary site teams. Good knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project management tools.
