Founded in 2018, the company has built a strong omnichannel presence through e-commerce, retail partnerships, and direct‑to‑consumer channels. As part of their 2026 digital transformation initiative, they are seeking a hands‑on technical leader to modernize their internal technology landscape. The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to build and own the digital operations function at a company experiencing rapid growth. You'll have direct impact on business efficiency, working closely with leadership to shape the technology roadmap. What You'll Do

ERP Development & Customization:

Hands‑on development and customization of NetSuite (or similar ERP), including scripting, workflows, and integrations WMS Integration:

Design and implement warehouse management system integrations, ensuring seamless inventory flow between systems Systems Integration:

Build and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, e‑commerce (Shopify), and logistics platforms Process Automation:

Identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual work and reduce errors Data & Analytics:

Work with data infrastructure (Snowflake, Airflow) to ensure data quality and enable business intelligence Technical Leadership:

Coordinate with IT staff, manage vendors, and eventually build a digital operations team Must‑Have Requirements

We're looking for someone who can code, not just manage. ERP Experience:

Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 BC, or equivalent ERP. Configuration + customization experience required. WMS Knowledge:

Experience implementing or integrating Warehouse Management Systems. Understanding of inventory, fulfillment, and logistics workflows. Industry Background:

Retail, e‑commerce, or distribution industry experience strongly preferred. Understanding of omnichannel operations is a plus. Experience Level:

5‑10+ years in technical roles (Developer, Tech Lead, Systems Engineer) with progression toward leadership. Tech Environment

Current Stack: ERP (transitioning to NetSuite), Shopify, AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, Looker, POS systems, Google Workspace, Notion Seniority level
