Responsibilities
Maintain customer retention by providing first class service.
Deal with enquiries and complaints and resolve the issue/request.
Drive consistency within internal teams to achieve the highest service levels.
Follow a weekly brief, ensure that it is applied to your store and maintain high visual standards.
Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques.
Make sure that all new and advertised product is visible and in the correct locations.
Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their expertise and know-how.
Develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company.
Hold regular training meetings within store, ensuring the team can maintain the high standards required.
Qualifications
Min S1 (Bachelor Degree) in any major
Having min 3 year experiences in a retail environment in Store Manager role
Preferable from Retail Fashion industry
