Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Drive beverage application projects and support commercialization of IFF innovations in Indonesia.* Work with Commercial, Innovation, and regional teams to ensure aligned project delivery.* Create high‑quality beverage prototypes that meet customer, regulatory, and technical requirements.* Present solutions to customers and offer expert guidance on formulation and processing.* Partner with experts to implement strong formulation and experimental design approaches.* Contribute to new concept development through creative, solution‑driven thinking.* Stay current on ingredients, processing technologies, and manufacturing practices to enhance applications.* Monitor category, consumer, and market trends to strengthen technical recommendations.* Develop internal networks and support capability building through knowledge sharing and collaboration.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.* Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory standards.* Proven experience in beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, and technical troubleshooting.* Solid project management skills with proficiency in experimental design.* Innovative, analytical, and solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems.* Proficiency in communication and presentation skills in English* Good project management skills and able to performs well under pressure.* Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.* International assignments for global career exposure.* Structured onboarding and training programs.* Continuous learning and development opportunities.Smo vodilni v svetu na področju okusa, vonja in prehrane, svojim strankam ponujamo širši nabor naravnih rešitev in pospešujemo našo strategijo rasti.
