HR Supervisor

to be placed in

Jakarta

with qualifications and job details below:

Qualifications Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.

Minimum

4 years of HR experience , including at least

1 year as HR Generalist or HR Operations Supervisor.

Experienced in handling

end-to-end HR Operations , bestimmt including recruitment, manpower planning, payroll support, attendance, leave, overtime, benefits, BPJS TK & Kesehatan, contracts, business trips, and HR compliance.

Experienced in handling

industrial relations cases .

Experienced in

creating and reviewing SOPs and job descriptions

across departments.

Experienced in

employee engagement programs .

Proficient in using

HRIS

for data management, reporting, and attendance tracking.

Strongรผhle analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations, including attendance, leave, overtime, payroll support, employee administration, benefits, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, employee insurance, business travel administration, onboarding, offboarding, and employee contract monitoring in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and work instructions (Company Regulation/PP, SOP, WI) to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices. \ฯฮฟฯ Handle endlid recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, job offer coordination, and recruitment reporting.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Plan and execute employee engagement programs and internal activities to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.

Maintain positive industrial relations by handling employee issues, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Liaise with external parties or authorities when required and support HR reporting and documentation as needed.
