PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE – Interior Design & Build

PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE – Interior Design & Build Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design & build projects to achieve company sales targets.

Expand client networks within business and commercial sectors, especially private companies.

Build long term relationships with corporate clients and key decision makers.

Conduct client presentations and propose suitable interior solutions based on client requirements.

Coordinate with design and project teams to deliver competitive proposals and successful project execution.

Handle negotiations and achieve project closing in line with company targets.

Prepare regular sales activity and project progress reports to management.

Requirement

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development within interior contractor, furniture, or design & build companies.

Strong network and access to potential private sector clients is highly preferred.

Proven ability to achieve project acquisition targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to build long term professional relationships with clients.

Self driven, proactive, and result-oriented personality.

Strong understanding of project sales cycle and client needs.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.

Maximum age 40 years old.

Having a valid driving license (SIM A) and able to drive is an advantage.
