SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

Our company was established since more than 30 years ago and our business is in manufacturing, retail / distribution. We have some distributors in several cities in Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.

Reporting to management and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.

Developing long-term business plans based on these reports.

Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.

Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

Present financial reports to board members, executives.

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as budgets, AR, AP, invoicing, and other transactions.

Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

Research and analyze financial reports and market trends.

Provide insightful information and expectations to board members to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.

Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.

Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Min 15 years of experience in a finance role. Distribution / pharmaceutical company with several branches would be an advantage.

Must have good leadership skills and employee management.

Understanding of data privacy standards.

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Deep understanding of business principles and practices.

Critical thinking skills & problem-solving skills.

Multi-tasking abilities.

Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.

A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.

Ability to stick to time constraints.

Integrity, honesty and can keep sensitive confidential matters.
