Finance Manager

Our client is a very fast growing beauty ecommerce industry with a proven record of innovative product development and international expansion. Through its flagship brand, the company has successfully defined a new lip makeup category, achieved market leadership on major e-commerce platforms, and built a strong global retail and influencer network.

Core Responsibilities Cross-border capital management

Handle cross-border payment and settlement, foreign exchange settlement, and bank reconciliation for Chinese companies exporting to Indonesia.

Manage the cash flow of local accounts of subsidiaries to ensure compliance with the foreign exchange control regulations of the Bank Indonesia.

Tax compliance and declaration

Independently complete monthly/annual tax declarations (PPN Value Added Tax, PPh corporate income tax, etc.), and fulfill the obligation of withholding and paying taxes on behalf of others.

Handle tax-related matters (such as import tariffs and prepaid taxes) for the import and sale of cosmetics.

Building financial systems in the startup phase

Participate in the establishment of the Company Finance system (expense reimbursement, corporate payment process, etc.).

Prepare financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards on a monthly basis, and submit relevant financial information to the China headquarters as required.

Business support

Provide financial document support for the filing and sale of cosmetics.

Provide compliance and financial terms review opinions that are in line with local business practices in Indonesia, in conjunction with the development of online sales and offline distribution businesses.

Requirements

Having 5 years of related work experience.

Full financial experience in local Indonesian enterprises.

Familiar with cross-border trade tax and finance handling, and preferably have experience in the consumer goods industry.

Understand Indonesian tax law, and provide practical demonstrations of past tax declarations.

Ability to communicate in Chinese is a must.

Understand the China-Indonesia Tax Agreement.
