PURCHASING MANAGER

Overview Education Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field

Have Experience min 5 Years in Purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or technical goods

Experience in Supplier management and contract negotiation.

Has strong analytical skills for assessing costs and making informed decisions

Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers

Understand the regulatory process for importing goods

Proficiency in English both verbal and written, Mandarin will be Advantage

Work placement : Cilincing, Jakarta Utara

Responsibilities

Supplier Management: Identify, Evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, payment terms and contracts with suppliers

Cost Control: Monitor and Optimize inventory costs to maintain supply chain efficiency

Inventory Management: Develop and Implement procurement strategies to reduce the risk of material shortages or excess inventory

Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with inventory, planning and logistics teams to ensure materials are available

Analysis and Reporting: Analyze purchasing data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions
