Job Description
As a
Community Team,
you will be responsible for executing end-to-end community programs by managing on-ground operations, partner coordination, participant experience, data reporting, and vendor administration while ensuring strong brand alignment and budget compliance.
What will you do?
Execute Lemonilo community programs (Fit Club & LemoMoms) end-to-end, including preparation, on-ground coordination, event-day execution, and post-event follow-up under the guidance of the Sr Community Lead.
Act as the daily PIC for gym/studio partners, sports communities, and moms communities to ensure participant attendance and smooth event operations.
Deliver a healthy, engaging, fun, and inclusive Lemonilo brand experience at every event — managing registration flow, activity execution, product/souvenir distribution, and documentation.
Collect participant data, manage product trials (sampling/vouchers), and compile structured D+3 reports with accurate metrics for business evaluation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing Communications, and PR teams to ensure community initiatives align with campaign objectives and commercial CTAs (e-commerce, specific SKUs, etc.).
Manage vendors and operational needs (venue, equipment, instructors/talent, logistics, decoration, snacks) within approved budgets while maintaining proper financial documentation (Invoice, PR/PO, GR) in accordance with Finance & Procurement SOP.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Event Management, Sports Science, or other relevant fields.
2–4 years of experience in community management, event organizing, brand activation, or sports/wellness marketing.
Strong ability to develop and execute event rundowns from planning to completion.
Proficient in Google Sheets for participant data management, budgeting, and reporting.
Understanding of basic sampling and voucher funnel logic within marketing activation.
Able to provide clear and structured briefs to photographers/videographers to ensure documentation aligns with brand guidelines.
Energetic, organized, and responsive; comfortable working in dynamic environments and non-standard working hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends when required).
