Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

At least 1 years of work experience as a Financial Analyst, Budget Analyst, or similar role.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookup) and ERP/accounting software (SAP/Accurate/Others).

High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Preferably experienced in the manufacturing industry.

Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

Skilled in reading and analyzing financial and operational reports in depth.

Used to working under tight deadlines and time targets.

Strong communication and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports and operational data to support management decision-making.

Assist in the planning and controlling of the company’s budget.

Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget plans.

Develop financial projections and scenarios (forecasting) for short- and long-term business planning.

Coordinate with related departments (Finance, Production, Sales, etc.) to gather relevant data.

Provide financial recommendations to improve cost efficiency and company profitability.
