Senior Account Manager

Account Manager – Telecommunications PT Lintas Teknologi Indonesia is hiring an Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering solutions, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Communicate clearly the progress of sales activities through effective forecast and key account metrics.

Identify and grow opportunities within the assigned customers and collaborate with product teams to ensure our solutions offerings meet customer needs.

Find, create opportunity and develop prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and close the deal.

Manage internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the account.

Requirements

Minimum S1 degree in any discipline (preferably from engineering major) from reputable universities.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales account management specifically in operator telco.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
