Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities of medical disposable & antiseptic products in healthcare networks, and other related markets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, Procurement Managers, etc.).
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, seminars, and other strategic events to enhance the companyโs product
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare opportunities.
Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to secure sustainable partnerships with customers
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development, as well as monitor sales process administration (quotation, PO, sales agreement, and documentations).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years as sales/marketing in medical disposable & antiseptic business
Diploma degree in pharmacy, marketing, business, or other relevant major
Good understanding of medical disposable & antiseptic products
Familiar and good understanding in retail purchasing procedures, private agencies, or other sales distribution channels
Strong presentation and negotiation
Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
Having own vehicle.
