Job Description
Drive sales performance and achieve team and individual targets.
Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Plan and execute sales strategies, including pipeline management and forecasting.
Lead customer meetings, present solutions, and handle negotiations for mid to high-value deals.
Support, coach, and guide junior sales staff to improve skills and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth customer experience.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
Qualifications
Open to bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.
3โ5 years of sales experience, ideally with some exposure to team coordination or mentoring.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to plan sales strategies, manage pipelines, and work with targets.
Comfortable working under pressure and handling complex customer situations.
Good English communication skills (speaking and listening).
