Job Description

Responsible for successfully driving all operational aspects of the brand; including front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) of the outlet.

Ensures high food quality and service levels while maximizing revenue, accurate forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years in the same position.

Proven in managing multi-brand in lifestyle restaurant or retail industry.

Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge & passion.

Technical Skills

Proficient in financial management skills.

Proficient in Ms. Excel & Presentation.

Soft Skills

Strategic Thinking.

Job Description Operations

Execute targets in multi-outlets that have been determined by Superiors to ensure that the targets are aligned with the company.

Understand, ensure and give feedback on operational activities (including products and services) in accordance with standards to provide satisfaction to customers.

Monitor the operational work of brands that produce quality according to service standards, cleanliness and tidiness (Operational excellence) to produce quality output (products/services).

Monitor the implementation of Operations activities to evaluate the performance that has been achieved and plan and decide on preventive or corrective actions for matters that deviate from the predetermined plans, especially those with small potential implications and risks.

Create and submit achievement reports.

Set and control annual budgets for operational matters guidelines in the upcoming year to achieve targets including:

Work program initiatives

Financial budgets (operational & investment)

Human resources

Training plans

Facilities and infrastructure

Manage profit & loss (P & L) performance to maximize profitability within the organization.

People

Analyze competencies, create and run development programs and guide teams in departments to support the achievement of the best performance.

Establish good relations with cross departments and/or third parties to support departmental activities.

Recruit, train, and develop the team.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Cultivate a team spirit that prioritizes guest satisfaction, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Identify talent within the team and develop them as part of the succession plan.

Local Marketing System

Develop partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations.

Encourage positive customer reviews and testimonials.

Track the impact of local initiatives on traffic & guest engagement.

Continuously adapt and optimize the approach based on data and community feedback.
