Qualification

Min. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field

Experience in a manufacturing management with 24 hour production operations.

Experience in production planning, production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

A Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role.

Proficient in Using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Work closely with the Sales to prepare production plans including estimates of material usage and manpower planning.

Follow up on daily activities of Factory Operations.

Escalate the issues faced during execution to concerned Dept. for further improvement.

Responsible for analyzing and formulate corrective and preventive action with the team (Production, Maintenance, QC, Logistic) for improvement in KPI of Factory.

Ensure Production Output meets quality standards and run optimum output as per established targets while maintaining outgoing quality standards and on time delivery.

Set individual KPI's for team based on Departemen objective in order to drive the organization performance align to Company Objectives

Train and develop local manpower in factory to manage the operations.

Be responsible to maintain machineries in such that it will eliminate Non-planned shutdown

Cost control to ensure that the Cost of Production is inline with the Budget

Motivate and empower the manpower under Production Dept.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak – Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Upah: Rp1.500.000.000 – Rp1.800.000.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

Bogor: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diutamakan)
