As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building a high‑performing sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience across our stores and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and service.
Monitor daily store operations, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients.
Work closely with the marketing, retail, and e‑commerce teams to align sales initiatives with brand goals.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in fashion retail, luxury, or lifestyle brand.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales analysis tools.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on management style.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
