Corporate Talent Acquisition @ BMHS | Certified HR Professional
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement talent management and development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies to strengthen organizational capability.
Manage performance management cycles and ensure fair, transparent, and developmental evaluations.
Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, growth, and retention.
Analyze talent data and provide insights to guide strategic HR decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2โ4 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or People Development roles.
Strong understanding of learning and development frameworks, competency models, and succession planning.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Passionate about helping people grow and creating meaningful employee experiences.
